Returns and Exchanges

AMRA does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. However, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. Please note that jewelry items can only be exchanged for other jewelry items.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email at amrasilver@gmail.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete your exchange.

Manufacturing Issues and Ring Sizing

If you need to send an item back due to a manufacturing issue or for a ring sizing adjustment, you must first request a return authorization number. Please note that AMRA is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

When sending back an item, ensure that it is accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive via email, and make sure that your name, address, and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
